Q: Who are MEI’s teachers?
A:We have a maximum 9-1 student-staff ratio, and often, it is less than that. Our staff includes Lead Teachers, Teachers and TAs. Our Lead Teachers and Teachers are certified Ontario Educators, and sometimes, we also staff our programs with Teaching Assistants who are past MEI students. These TAs have graduated from university and stood out amongst their peers when they were with MEI. Our Lead Teachers, Teachers and TAs are interviewed, references are checked, and they submit a police report if they are not currently working in a school.
